Description
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $35.00/hour – Maximum $40.00/hour
- EV Mechanic experience a plus - will provide ongoing training.
- Class B CDL - we will train!
- Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Coordinate and prioritize the workload of the technician team, assigning tasks and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support maintenance and repair activities while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other components, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Coach and monitor members of the work team.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician, with demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone, and in remote locations.
- Push and pull objects up to 75 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
