📍 Based in our Bogotá office, we are looking for our next IT Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract).
✨ In this role, you will:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles (Developers, Engineers, Automation Specialists).
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
• Source top IT talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Conduct interviews and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives focused on tech talent.

💡 What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment / technical talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS.
• Understanding of technical roles (development, cloud, automation).
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related.
• English proficiency (B2+).
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and dynamic professional.
