Touch of Modern is seeking an innovative, energetic, and passionate team player to add to our team! Do you want to be in a role where you get to touch almost every department in the company? The Junior Account Coordination role does just that!

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with buyers to prepare sales events
  • Manage sales to completion, including handling payments and basic shipping logistics
  • Take ownership and responsibility for all sales events that you are producing
  • Work collaboratively on cross-functional tasks across all operations, merchandising, and production departments to ensure accurate and successful events
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure information is submitted by deadlines
  • Audit product information for sales events you are responsible for
  • Ad-hoc projects related to business improvement and development requests as assigned by supervisor/managers


What you bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Basic mental math skills, retail math a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly, independently and multi-task
  • Knowledge of Excel and ability to navigate spreadsheets (Mac usage preferred)
  • Fast typing speed
  • Ability to prioritize in a constantly shifting environment
  • Customer service experience in dealing with external vendors
  • Flexibility and team oriented attitude
  • An innate desire to learn and ask questions
  • Ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, design, or all things cutting edge
