User Acquisition Manager

Description

As our User Acquisition Manager, you will support our digital marketing team by championing the execution of targeted advertising across all marketing channels. You will leverage our continuously growing multi-million-dollar marketing budget to drive customer acquisition as well as help develop and implement new marketing and advertising campaigns.

This is a crucial role on our team and you will have a tangible impact on the success of our company. In addition to marketing-specific responsibilities, you will have the unique opportunity to help grow and shape one of the smallest yet most influential departments at Touch of Modern.


What you'll be doing:

  • Day-to-day execution of user acquisition campaigns in the paid and mobile arenas
  • Build out new campaigns based on learnings and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and run tests on both the ad and landing page creative to improve channel performance
  • Create and maintain daily spend and revenue actuals as well as forecasts
  • Work with creative to identify campaign elements essential for success
  • Assist marketing team with other key initiatives when necessary

 

What you bring to this role: 

  • 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or gaming
  • Must have experience with paid media advertising 
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and understand how to turn insights into actionable plans
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
  • Self-starter and able to excel in a virtual environment
  • Collaborative team-player
  • Eager to grow and develop skill sets


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience at a top e-commerce / gaming company in a similar role, or experience agency side with vertical expertise
