Merchandising Field Supervisors in Northern California
The Field Supervisor position is designed to support the Division Manager, Trainer(s), and reset teams/merchandisers at field level. The Field Supervisor will work overnight and is responsible for overseeing training and development of Reset Trainer(s), Team Leads, Assistant Team Leads and all merchandisers. Field Supervisors will also support and work with the Division Manager in execution of all Resets, while directly working with Division Managers. Field supervisor work both in the field and at home, must be available overnight Sunday through Thursday.

What does the position require from me?
- Write schedules in conjunction with project timeframes and resets.
- Manage Store Reporting System (SRS) through use of dashboards. (Review/approve data, reporting, etc).
- Approve and/or reject resets and reset projects in SRS on a daily basis per DM’s directive.
- Audit and review Team Leads quality compliance via pictures in SRS
- Complete Inspect/expect field audits weekly.
- Participate in conference calls when requested.
- Report to Division Manager regarding Trainers and team performance, quality of tasks as implemented, Team Lead’s ability to manage events and any other specific information requested.
- Report all no-shows.
- Ensure all projects and time entry are submitted before payroll is due.
- Assist or fill-in leading Resets if necessary.
- Work with Trainers, Team Leads, and Assistant Team Leads on all aspects of the job.
- Manage special projects and audits.
Are you qualified?
- 3+ year experience as a Trainer or Team Lead with TNG Retail Services or equivalent experience, having demonstrated leadership and training skills.
- Have a reliable form of transportation. (Current valid Driver’s license and proof of Auto insurance will be required).
- Ability to promote and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently from remote office location without direct supervision.
- Display self-driven, positive attitude and above all, integrity
- Well organized with excellent follow-through and with exceptional attention to detail.
- Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing market needs.
- Have a working knowledge various software programs and common computer functions (i.e. Word, Excel, Email, uploading digital pictures).
- Ability to understand and complete documentation for SRS.
- Handle light power tools, (drills), and manual tools, (hammer, screw drivers etc.)
- As needed have the ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb stairs/ladders and lift above shoulder level consistently. Ability to walk and stand for 10 hour shifts (often on concrete and/or tile surfaces) and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
