About the role:
The Senior Finance Manager - APAC is an important accounting resource that will report to the Director – Finance APAC and will work in a fast-paced Asia team based in our Taiwan office. The role would suit an experienced accountant for about 5 or more years.
As the Senior Finance Manager - APAC, you will interact with multiple groups at Xperi and be responsible for the accurate accounting of the company’s financial results and ensuring compliance with the local reporting requirements in the country.

What you will get to do:
- Support the statutory accounting processes for various companies in Asia (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Singapore) ; Including local audit, tax compliance.
- Manage accounting team in China
- Liaise with management team on local matters
- Prepare payroll and related payments.
- General understanding of the business operations including transfer pricing, intangibles
- Timely and accurate completion of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures and processes including the cash, fixed assets, and reconciliations for all related balance sheet accounts
- Help lead the implementation of best practices including the standardization and improvement of processes, procedures, controls, and systems to scale our business
- Participate in ad‐hoc projects as required
