HHB Systems is seeking a Program Planner/Scheduler for the development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting of IT and Cybersecurity-based project schedules, project documentation, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The position will be an integral part of a small Program Management (PM) team to ensure the schedule/project plan (scope, cost, schedule and technical requirements are fully integrated) is executing as planned. Additionally the position will provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, schedule variance analysis, and network logic validation. The successful candidate will be an advocate in the discipline of classic PMBOK project planning principles and scheduling (both waterfall and Agile) and must be able to identify and recommend insightful mitigation plans. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to proactively communicate with all levels of management, the customer, and other stakeholders are required.
•Must have a current TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
•Must have a familiarity with project management, project planning and scheduling
•Demonstrated Microsoft Project experience (or similar project scheduling software)
•Demonstrated Microsoft Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
•Must have basic knowledge and fundamental understanding of IT and Cybersecurity (LANs, WANs, firewalls, routers, switches, virtual environments)

•Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification Must obtain either of these certificates within 6 months of starting
•Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience. Additional years of work experience may be substituted for a degree.
