HHB Systems is seeking professionals to provide support services that enable effective operations across the key components and offices across the National Geospatial-intelligence Agency.  This program is designed to provide access to a large quantity of qualified cleared personnel with skills in management and technical services support, which will allow NGA to more efficiently fulfill its mission of providing timely, relevant, accurate and actionable geospatial intelligence in support of national security. We have multiple openings and seek a broad range of experience. Compensation and responsibilities will be commensurate with the experience of the candidates.

The candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on social science methodology and research practices; apply latest research methods and designs; and offer guidance and recommendations on questions of research methodologies as needed. They will consult with research owners and manage client relationships, including: defining research requirements in terms of business objectives; provide guidance to clients regarding appropriate research goals and setting reasonable expectations for results; create and deliver presentations to clients regarding research findings that are appropriate for a non-scientific audience.

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance

For candidates with less than 5 years of experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within social science research field such as psychology, sociology, communications, economics, anthropology, consumer sciences, market research, organizational behavior, management.
  • Experience designing, executing or assisting with social science research. Experience developing project schedules for small-scale or short term projects.

For candidates with 5 - 9 years of experience:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience within social science research field as listed above.
  • Experience conducting independent social science research. 1-3 years conducting research in an organizational setting (government, industry, non-profit, etc.) Possess basic working knowledge of statistics and/or data science. Experience developing schedules for complex projects and programs, and leading small to mid-size teams in executing these efforts.

For candidates with 10 – 14 years of experience:

  • Master’s Degree in a social science research field or equivalent experience in consumer behavior, consumer psychology, market research, organizational behavior, industrial-organizational psychology or similar.
  • Experience conducting independent social science research. 3-5 years conducting research in an organizational setting (government, industry, non-profit, etc.) Possess basic working knowledge of statistics and/or data science. Experience developing schedules for large-scale and/or highly complex projects and programs, and leading large teams in executing these efforts.

For candidates with 15 years or more of experience:

  • PhD in a social science research field or equivalent experience in consumer behavior, consumer psychology, market research, organizational behavior, industrial-organizational psychology or similar.
  • Experience conducting independent social science research. 6+ years conducting research in an organizational setting (government, industry, non-profit, etc.) Possess basic working knowledge of statistics and/or data science. Experience developing schedules for large-scale and/or highly complex projects and programs, and leading large teams in executing these efforts.
