Job Description:
We are seeking CAFM Developers to support our government customer in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidates will support the development, execution, tracking, reporting, and maintenance of plans to evaluate, implement and integrate automated facilities tools and data into business processes to increase efficiency.  Test, modify, implement and maintain ARCHIBUS upgrades and all modules for specialized applications, such as Leases, Environmental, Strategic Planning, and Move Planning modules for all Agency space managers.  Provide technical consulting in the definition, design and creation of the database environment.  Serve as the proponent of incorporating advanced technologies into ARCHIBUS, such as supporting the implementation of wireless devices.  Implement a process for the validation, acceptance, and integration of as-built drawings into the facilities record.  Provide technical guidance for CAFM database administrators and software developers.  Determine the required external stakeholders’ data, analyze with site data, and use a software tool to help determine variances within the data sets to provide functional/useful space data.

Requirements:

  • Holds an active TS/SCI clearance
  • 7+ Years Related Experience
  • General knowledge of DoD
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience within related field.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Comprehensive computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Additional skills include the following: briefing skills, project management, organizational skills, and communication skills.
