Purpose of the role

Reporting to the VP, Programmatic Strategy the role is critical in delivering programmatic strategy and delivery:

  • Work with FO and MO buying teams to develop the programmatic strategy.
  • Be an expert in Havas Media Group (HMG) Products including IOMT, MetaDSP and Artemis.
  • Act as a point of escalation into the VP, Programmatic Strategy for FO engagement needs.

Principal Responsibilities:

 Engagement Team

Strategy

  • Deliver programmatic strategy as part of yearly, half yearly and quarterly planning process as part of the agency’s integrated planning teams.
  • Deliver response to briefs as part of the agencies integrated planning teams (not as a vendor!).
  • Understand latest developments in programmatic from industry news, attending industry events and working with Affiperf and Havas Media FO Programmatic leadership
  • Understand and evangelise HMG products including IOMT, MetaDSP and Artemis.

Planning

  • Deliver programmatic pricing in support of day to day planning and new business activity.
  • Deliver programmatic plans which feed into integrated channel planning.

Activation

  • Become an expert in and be able to deliver training in FO/MO facing products (IOMT, Artemis).
  • Ensure IOMT process is followed including creative and pixel mapping are filled in correctly by buyers.
  • Ensure that invoicing, briefing and SLA process is understood and adhered to by MO and FO.

Affiperf

  • Act as the primary interface between Havas FO teams and Affiperf.
  • Ensure all campaign requirements are delivered according to SLAs in time for campaign launch.
  • Work with traders to translate weekly reports and optimisation commentary to FO teams.
  • Meet with traders regularly to understand campaign management and optimisation.

Clients

  • Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with clients.
  • Work alongside FO teams to ensure the Strategy Team delivers integrated digital technology solutions, which places innovation and best practice at the heart of all recommendations.
  • Act as the programmatic expert and primary point of contacts for clients.
