Job Title: Producer I Project Management

Department: Project Management

Reports To: Executive Digital Producer

 

Summary:

 

The Integrated Producer will have day-to-day project management oversight over digital, traditional, and CRM brand initiatives. He/she must possess the ability to efficiently streamline workflows and project plan with strong time management acumen. The Integrated Producer will also be tasked with ensuring all pharmaceutical projects meet and/or exceed client and agency expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Branded consumer pharma experience required. OPDP submission experience preferred.
  • Will be required to get up to speed quickly and develop solid knowledge of client policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Partners/communicates with client and other 3rd parties (Client partners, vendors, etc.)
  • Coordinate/consult with Account Management on execution of offline projects: print, welcome kit, brochure.
  • Ongoing (post OPDP submission) planning including development of launch scopes/schedules.
  • Work with Executive Digital Producer and account leads to define implementation strategy for digital and integrated campaigns
  • Help the clients better understand timelines and potential risks associated with specific decisions and actions
  • Determine and communicate internal and external (in collaboration with account) action steps and responsibilities for all projects related to launch campaign development, print, starter kit, brochure, websites, and targeted video
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal interdisciplinary teams, including: Account, Creative, Production, Medical Researchers, Proofing/Editorial, Finance, Resource Management, Planning to ideate, design and develop industry-leading advertising campaigns 


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and able to operate with minimal oversight.
  • Must have minimum of 3+ years of Digital Production/Integrated Production/Project Management with an emphasis on web and traditional campaign executions (OPDP submission a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including MS Project
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong critical thinker with analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Budget management skills
  • Proactively discern potential issues and solutions
  • Launch experience a plus
