Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media programs across the full spectrum of our health and technology accounts
  • Plan and strategize the calendar and cadence of social content across channels
  • Collaborate with teams across the agency to include account, strategy, UX, and creative to implement social programs
  • Analyze and report on the success of social campaigns and community growth
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and optimizing content for the different platforms
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years managing social programs and/or digital strategy working on all the major social platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat
  • Demonstrable experience across the healthcare and technology industries
  • Knowledge of how to set up social governance and management 
  • Understanding of industry-standard tools such as Hootsuite, Gain, and Woobox
  • Working knowledge of analytics and how to adjust campaigns based on input from internal and external teams
  • Experience with setting up and managing influencer programs
