Responsible for the development and execution of print, digital and TV projects on a Diabetes brand.  

 Role: “The Ultimate Problem Solver”

  • The Integrated Producer will be the day-to-day project management lead of digital and traditional pharmaceutical programs/initiatives, ensuring that all projects meet and/or exceed both client and agency expectations
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong project planning, time management and the ability to efficiently streamline workflows and manage resources

 Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of integrated campaigns from start to successful delivery, on schedule, within specification and budget (including change management)
  • Monitor project scopes, timelines, and budgets
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Creative, Broadcast, Print Studio, Finance, etc.) and external vendors to create timelines and manage process
  • Partner with Account/Creative/Production team to keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, scrum meetings
  • Strong communicator of expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation
  • Run burn reports on a weekly basis and report to Senior Producers including escalation of any jobs running hot
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to scope and progress in schedule and budget
  • Assist in the development of accurate and informed scopes of work including development plans, tagging plans, schedules, resources, and budgets, using the correct tools and with regard to client and agency needs and expectations
  • Anticipate team concerns and resolve them to maintain efficient workflow
  • Collaboration with Account and Senior Producer to provide creative solutions to timing and budget constraints
  • Create internal contact reports for all meetings
  • Set up internal meetings
  • Work directly with User Experience, QA, and development groups/vendors
  • Contact/maintain relationships with outside vendors
  • Familiar with MLR submission including steps in the process to prepare and submit; Able to work in Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) submission platforms

Characteristics and Qualifications

  • Must have minimum of 4+ years of Integrated Production, Digital Production or Project Management
  • Product launch experience a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including MS Project, (Smartsheet a +)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience facilitating daily 15 minute stand up SCRUM meetings
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong critical thinker with analytical skills and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Budget management skills
  • Proactively discern potential issues and solutions
  • Familiarity with best practices in website, email, direct mail, social project development
  • Familiarity with Site Maps and Functional Specification documents
