Havas Street is an event marketing agency specializing in innovative marketing campaigns for exciting clients ranging from large-scale mobile tours, PR stunts, street activations, in-store sampling programs and more.
We are currently seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support activation programs including researching, logistics, planning, execution and reporting. The role assists the Account Executive with client deliverables. This person should have a good understanding of the event marketing industry.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Focus in Communications, liberal arts, business or marketing.
Experience: One year of event and planning experience. Experiential marketing experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities Required: Strong writing, editing, listening and verbal communications skills. Capable of multitasking, prioritizing and organizing. Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually. Great at time management, follow up, and results driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
