The Associate Director, Business Management will be a close partner with our Client Leaders and handle all financial and budget management on the client(s) to which they are assigned. They will act as the lead client point person with financial/procurement management at a client.  They will also be responsible for managing budgets, billing, process workflow and P&L for that particular client(s).

 

  •  Monitoring and reporting out of client P&L statements, monitoring trends and highlighting issues
  • Partnership with Media Controls and Finance teams to ensure seamless, error-free processing of vendor invoices and client billing
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client’s Accounts Payable team, facilitating and resolving intercompany transactions
  • Manage development of, in partnership with Client Leadership and Finance teams, the Scopes of Work with detailed assumptions of activities to be performed while protecting Agency profitability
  • Oversight, monitoring, and reporting of pacing of budgeted hours against Scope of Work. Identifying any variances to Client Leadership team
  • Monitoring cross-functional team timesheet submission to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Strong financial background with understanding of P&L reporting, maintenance, and oversight
  • Highly analytical, able to spot trends and communicate to a diverse audience
  • Ability to develop productive day-to-day working relationships with intra-Agency partners and other specialty teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong problem-solving skills, highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to act as a productive, collaborative member of a cross-functional team
  • Demonstrates grace under pressure and able to work in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment
Experience working with Agency (preferably Media) financials
