Strategic Analytics

Define the scope and measurement approach for key projects for clients

Developing data strategies (e.g. what we should capture, how we should capture it, and the triggers as a result, etc.)

Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop client tools and services such as report and dashboard development, decision aids, modeling, and business case analysis to support programs, creative and recommended solutions. Work closely with the team in making specific and actionable client recommendations and introduce new analytics opportunities

Serve as a Havas Media thought leader in aligning media strategy measurement with a client’s broader business goals and objectives

Oversee qualitative and quantitative research for clients and customers

Codify and publish formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, both leveraging existing Havas Media intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts

Client Relationship

Direct ongoing client relationships to exceed expectations and strengthen relationship

Establish and maintain substantial and influential relationships with client senior management

Make significant contributions to and establish relationships with prospective clients, increasing Havas Media’s potential for business. Participate in several new business initiatives simultaneously

Team Management

Manage and develop team of analysts of all levels

Provide methodological support, coaching, training and advice to Analytics and Research team on multiple client and internal assignments

Ensure client deliverables are of highest quality

To qualify, you’ll need:

Education

Four-year degree

Master’s degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Research or other quantitative disciplines strongly preferred)

Experience

10+ years of business experience in Marketing or Interactive analytics or consulting or Management Consulting.

4-7 years leadership experience in managing a team

Significant digital expertise

Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, media, social, website analysis, audience targeting tools and vendors, including both quantitative tracking and research methodologies

Skills & Traits

Ability to translate data into insights that understand customer needs and behavioral drivers

Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude with clients and ability to effectively work along diverse personalities.

Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

Excellent project management skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail a must

Quick learner of new technologies and business functions

Ability to establish credibility and be decisive – but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred: Experience with statistical modeling software (SAS, SPSS, R) and enterprise business intelligence tools such as Tableau
