The Role:

The HMG Insight team sits in the wider Strategy, Insight and Innovation group and works in partnership with all of the media group agencies. We are also closely aligned with the Data Team, working on many collaborative initiatives. Our mission as a team is to provide insight that challenges and inspires great strategic thinking and planning work. The Insight Executive role is an important hire to deliver on HMG ambitions and to push our insight capability to the next level.  We are looking for someone ambitious and talented who wants to progress quickly.

 

We have expertise in qualitative & quantitative techniques, industry research, data strategy, data science and analytics. HMG are looking to connect these disciplines into a connected and compelling proposition. Our plans are moving fast in this area and we want an ambitious and talented insight executive to join us on this journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Support quantitative and qualitative insight client projects

Proactively support the insight team, strategists and planners on new business pitches

Help promote and develop the role of insight across our agency brands

Creating compelling and accurate insight debriefs and reports

Writing insight proposals

Working with a range of external and bespoke data sources to develop compelling stories

Work collaboratively on new and existing client business.

 

 

 

Who we’re looking for:

At least 1 years’ experience in a research / media agency or consultancy or in a client-side role

A genuine interest in insight & data

Highly ambitious - with strong evidence of achievement in career to date

Exceptional academics 

Knowledgeable and comfortable working with a range of different digital data sources

Intellectually curious about people and the world around them

Excellent numeracy & communication skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Confident and outgoing

Highly collaborative

Enjoy working with a variety of people
