Position at Havas Media

Reporting to Regional Head of FO, with dotted line to Global Insights Director, the Regional Insights Manager will provide strategic insights for internal teams and clients based on our key proprietary tools, most notably Meaningful Brands and Connect. This person will analyze and contribute to the development of Meaningful Brands in Latin America, provide insights and reports for the region and key countries that fuel brand and people understanding as well as drive winning media and creative strategy.
Main Responsibilities
Meaningful Brands »Extract Insights from Global Study, formulating powerful presentations that highlight results and achievable conclusions » Develop insights for media pitches based on MB and Secondary Research » Create ad hoc reports for client briefs, brand audits .. » Generate key learnings and operational recommendations » Communicate on Meaningful brands with specific content analysis (millennials, brand personalities …) » Story telling & Client presentations of results
» Prepare Go to Market plan: Study launch, cred’s deck, create educational videos, training materials » Commercialize products with internal clients
Touchpoint Analysis (Connect)
o Coordination, development and analysis of research studies (Connect studies)
o Collaboration with local teams in presentation of results
o Support New Business in providing touchpoint insights for pitches
o Share Connect Best practices case studies development for different strategies to win
o Support influence and challenge business decisions with data and timely and insightful analyses
o Frame issues, and produce analyses that answer complex business questions in a pragmatic way
o Communicate analysis findings and strategic recommendations in a clear, concise and influential manner
o Navigate data sources from converting raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.
Business Management: Work closely with Global Insights Director to prioritize business and information needs.

Bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant subject (Research, Marketing)
Previous Experience
At least 5 years professional experience in client services
Key Competencies
• University degree in marketing / research/ sociology/ statistics or comparable
• Significant and proven experience (5 years) in quantitative and qualitative marketing research / analysis
• Strong consumer insight background
• Analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Confident presenter and a natural at being able to turn data into
compelling stories for clients
• Powerpoint and Excel champion
• International experience
• Bilingual Preferred French and/or Spanish and English
