Havas Tonic is looking for an Account Supervisor to join the team.  This person will be running with the day-to-day responsibilities on this piece of business, which includes print, digital, and TV-focused assets.    You will be building and maintaining strong partnerships with client and extended teams to manage multiple projects from start to finish, all while maintaining strategic and creative integrity throughout execution.

The client is focused in the DTC/supplements category, and has goals for exponential growth over the next few years, so this is an opportunity to get your hands on a lot of different projects.   This is definitely an exciting opportunity for an Account Supervisor to gain the experience to bring their career to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Engages in meaningful discussions with clients and partners with them to take actions to improve the business
  • Champions the agency perspective convincingly with Clients
  • Questions client requests when necessary and thinks creatively to solve problems
  • Aligns with Project Management on weekly status meetings
  • Partners with Finance to review and manage the monthly budget
  • Conducts competitive reviews and reports
  • Serves as a mentor to the more junior members of the team and work product

 Characteristics

  • BA in Marketing or related degree
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ agency experience within account management with 1 year at AS level
  • Pharmaceutical/DTC experience highly preferred
  • Launch and broadcast/production experience highly preferred
