Position Summary:

The Analyst, will be the main resource for reporting and analysis for the HR department.  This position will audit existing data for new hires, terminations, and all employee transactions.  The analyst will provide support on the design and implementation of future HRIS initiatives and process improvements.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry in HRIS system for new hires, terminations, salary changes, supervisor changes etc
  • Accurately and reliably create HR statistical reports.
  • Provide monthly and as needed reports to HR and other departments as needed
  • Provided monthly Global reporting
  • Standardize and develop automated reports for frequently requested data.
  • Clearly and concisely present data and analysis.
  • Responsible for data maintenance in HRIS system.
  • Update and maintain the HR data to ensure data integrity.
  • JobVite system administrator.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum one (1) years’ experience in an HR department.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
