If you are passionate about digital marketing and looking to join a team that manages data and analytics and performance-driven campaigns, we’re looking for you!  Ideally your main strength is Google Adwords but you have managed some email marketing campaigns, display performance, and Affiliates campaigns for the US market.  You’re tech savvy and you have used different bidding tools such as Dart Search as well as Analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

The S&P specialist acts as point person for strategic search and performance oriented initiatives; bring innovative media ideas to client’s attention as they apply to client’s goals.

· Provides strategic thinking and direction for current clients and new business 

· Initiates knowledge sharing and promotion of SEM research, products and strategies 

· Coordination of all search and performance and planning as it pertains to client and media mix 

· Coordination of implementation for all search and performance campaigns and projects, providing guidance to ensure timely implementation and quality assurance that campaigns are set up to meet client objectives 

· Provide media recommendations to digital planners on client budget management for each campaign; oversee and monitor current spend and final spend forecasts while balancing against campaign objectives and goals.

· Coordinate timely and accurate reporting for clients based on objectives and KPIs 

· Manage coordination of proper invoice tracking and reconciliation per media vendor, in relation to overall budget 

· Demonstrates the ability to manage all biddable media and pixel implementation issues, between agency departments, and for the client. 

· Merge qualitative and quantitative data sets for strategic insights for clients 

· Ability to integrate within a cross media cross functional client team

· 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing strategies for major brands in media planning/buying (paid search, performance display, affiliate marketing),

· Bilingual (English and Spanish)

- Strong analytical abilities: the candidate must be able to determine measurable outcomes and return of investment,

· Comprehensive understanding and experience using management tools such as Marin, Kenshoo, Dart Search, and Analytics Tools.
