Video Account Executive

Reporting To: Video Account Manager

Office Location: HKX Building, 3 Pancras Square, Kings Cross

The Role

This is an exciting senior executive level position within our Video team, responsible for planning and buying across Audio Visual media for a portfolio of clients including Hyundai, BBC, and Pernod Ricard.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Client:

  • Develop professional and trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, and media owners
  • Demonstrate passion, pride, and professionalism to delight your clients
  • Ensure accurate delivery of campaigns to plan and communicate market dynamics
  • Understand client’s businesses and ensure that delivery supports and delivers a return to client
  • Show rigour and attention to detail when buying versus plan and pre-agreed KPIs
  • Work closely with Video team to ensure first-class output and service

 

Business:

  • Develop planning and buying skills across Television and Video. Build a solid understanding of the market
  • Ensure accurate and timely placement of bookings onto our proprietary booking system
  • Ownership of beginning to end campaign management – implementational planning, negotiation, booking, tagging/tracking, campaign optimisation, and post campaign reporting/audit
  • Keep campaign ‘front sheets’ up to date and use them to monitor and optimise campaigns vs plan
  • Build cohesive and effective relationships with media owners

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • Numerate
  • Organised with an eye for detail
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of the mechanics of AV marketplace
  • Experience in AV buying at UK agency
  • Keen problem solver
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong work ethic – self-motivated and able to take the initiative
