Experiential Producer  (In-house Production)

Position Summary: Position is responsible producing, executing and supporting events and campaigns for the experiential division.  

Position Reports to: Senior Producer Experiential Department  

Duration: Beginning January/ February 2018  

Market: Atlanta, GA  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Responsible for day-to-day aspects of assigned experiential programs
  • Assists in the planning of logistical requirements for field team
  • Conducts research on events for current and future programs
  • Activates alongside of field team as needed
  • Prepares recaps for management and client detailing program specifics
  • Interfaces with internal experiential team(s)
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures pertaining to the field staff, payroll, expense reports, invoices and purchase requests 
Required Qualifications:  
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing field experience required
  • Individual should be detail oriented, self-starter, energetic, creative, and possess strong written and interpersonal communications skills 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with by the ability to analyze data and take initiative and work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Established research skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Pass a background and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) screening
  • Must live locally (no relocation reimbursement)
  • Potential travel  
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree  
Compensation: Competitive pay rate based on experience and qualifications and will be discussed in person during interview
