Passion for and an intimate understanding of the world of multi platform content based on pop culture, music, innovation lifestyle, among other topics. 

Responsible for the overall quality of ideas and work produced by the creative department. 

Key responsibilities include:

Manage the creative process from concept to completion

Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. Must understand Media (TV, Social, Digital)

Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams, particularly Advertising Agency Strategy and Accounts Team 

Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral

Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met

Active role at content/creative idea for client pitches and proposals

Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets

Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions

Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams

Manage and cultivate the positive connections with designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers

Familiarity with content of top bloggers, influencers and their social media profiles; as well as the most key strategic sites (travel, eating, partying, entertainment, and pop culture), mobile platforms

Create and Curate content from a wide variety of digital platforms (social media, aggregators, and original publishers), to be edited and posted on the platform in daily bases

Monitor trending topics (sports, music, food, entertainment and pop culture) and craft short, snackable content in the voice the brand; possess a keen eye and filter to determine which content should be leverage

Research and fact check quickly 

Skilled in Internet usage including, but not limited to, advanced searching and data mining; intermediate level of word processing and spreadsheets; understanding of web-based applications and ability to learn and create content using in-house technologies

Understanding of different global cultures and geographies, main focus on Latin America and US Markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Digital Media, Communication, Marketing or related discipline

2 year of creative and content strategy experience 

Ability to develop social media and content strategies. Have a passion for digital news, online trends

Capacity to multi-task while prioritizing projects and managing deadlines.

Strong attention to detail. 

Strong visual and photo research skills

Creative and professional writing, editing and communication skills in English and Spanish

Photoshop design 

Deep understanding of social media and how best to position content specific to each platform

Microsoft Office

Weekend and evening work will be required as part of the publishing cycle

Creative, diplomatic, and calm under pressure

Writing test required
