We are looking for a Social Supervisor to join our Socialyse team. In your day to day, you’ll be responsible for the deployment, optimization and reporting for social ad campaigns running on the Socialyse platform. You'll work side-by-side with the client services and digital display teams to ensure that advertising schedules run smoothly and performance exceeds expectations. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to work with our partner teams (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, etc.), being the first to test new rollouts, and help guide our product roadmap.

Principal Responsibilities: 

Social Media Management:

  • Execute high profile strategic social advertising campaigns across multiple social networks including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and more
  • Become an expert in Social media planning
  • Become an expert user of Socialyse's social ad technology
  • Grow a high level understanding of social ad specs, new/beta features, and best practices for executing complex social ad campaigns
  • Ensure campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled as scheduled
  • Troubleshoot technical issues at all stages of the campaign process from implementation through execution and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing and conduct performance analyses on a regular basis
  • Daily communication with client around campaign performance.
  • Work closely with client services and display teams, updating them regularly on campaign performance and best practice in social
  • Deliver reporting and in-depth analysis to wider teams that provides clients with unique and actionable insights./mentoring of all junior team members within Socialyse


Client Management:

  • Support wider team on key pieces of business
  • Drive integrated social planning process and thinking across client teams, strategy and product areas
  • Manage accounts effectively on a day to day basis
  • Evangelise and promote Social mediaWork with trading team to establish workflows, protocols, and KPI’s, for media operations organisation

  • Overseeing campaign bookings and Finance
  • Overseeing weekly analysis reports for relevant clients as well as quarterly reviews
  • Client facing presentations on campaign recommendations and subsequent results
  • Input to internal and external award entries
  • Budget management



  • 3-5 years of experience in online advertising
  • Deep understanding of and interest in Social online advertising industry; including advertising systems and technologies
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic – self-motivated and able to take the initiative
  • Experience working at a PMD, within a social team in a media agency or Paid Search background is ideal
  • Deep understanding of and interest in Social online advertising industry; including advertising systems and technologies
  • Very strong analytical skills and ability to mine large sets of data for actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
  • Attention to detail and precision data input, often under time pressure, is essential
