Position at Havas

  • Work with all teams that can benefit from social insights including community management, strategy, production/creative, and account.
  • Be fluent in analytics platforms including (or similar to) Netbase, Sysomos, Radian6, Unmetric, or Sprinklr and have a basic understanding of website measurement tools such as Google Analytics or Omniture.
  • Contribute to defining the listening approach by participating in defining the specific methodology/ies to be used as well as establishing routines, frequency, resource allocation, platforms and existing queries (pre, during, and post-activations).
  • Assist in the creation of standard listening briefs, defining listening analysis objective/s and required outputs of Listening for each project.
  • Conduct audience/segmentation analysis as key input into Listening Analysis (topic, brand with metrics around volume, sentiment, audience and share voice).
  • Analyze and interpret all available data and knowledge related to project to turn data into insights and resulting brand ramifications (key opportunities & influencers) on an on-demand, daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly basis. 
  • Assist in defining Listening Benchmarks by topics, key questions, brands, time periods.
  • Analyze conversations, capture learnings & implications to create reports that highlight the Insights & how they will be leveraged in creative and media, in real time.
  • Track Substantial Changes In Social Conversation that are high velocity, high volume, high risk, or multichannel.
  • Prepare Case Study(ies) to provide both best practice examples and learning from any mistakes as well as any opportunities across platforms
  • Provide complete end of project learnings summarized for future projects and/or appropriate plan (with timeframe) for responding to on-going feedback / user insight.
  • Stay abreast of technology, competitor, and industry trends that impact the decisions made around content creation and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of total work experience.
  • Expertise in the use of multiple social analytics and publisher platforms including Netbase, Sprinklr, FB Insights, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Trends, and others
  • Expertise in the use of MS Office and specifically Excel
  • Some experience working with paid social media teams and creative producers.
  • Ability to work quickly on multiple projects at once while maintaining organization. Self-sufficiency is critical.

Nice to Have's:     

  • Background and experience in coding is a major plus
  • Background in an agency or team-based environment
  • Background in a digital advertising technology company such as Facebook, -Google or other product-side digital advertising platforms
  • Experience in a start-up or even an entrepreneurial venture of their own
