The Senior Integrated Producer will have day-to-day project management oversight over digital and traditional CRM pharmaceutical programs/initiatives, ensuring that projects meet and/or exceed both client and agency expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong project planning, time management skills and the ability to efficiently streamline workflows.


  • Develop critical project documentation that affect scope, budget and timeline, such as:  SOWs, staff plans, business requirements, functional requirements, client acceptance criteria, work back schedules, Gantt charts, critical path timeline, vendor briefs, etc.
  • Knowledge holder of cross program interdependencies and stakeholders
  • Track projects from inception to completion with an emphasis on efficient workflow and quality of output
  • Actively manage projects to ensure scope, budget and timings are on track, highlight potential issues proactively
  • Understanding overall scope and revising scope based on client requests—anticipating or calling out risks and identifying solutions for difficult situations
  • Schedule and re-align team resources according to project milestones in collaboration with Resource Management and discipline leads
  • Work with Executive Digital Producer and account leads to define implementation strategy for digital and integrated campaigns
  • Help the clients better understand timelines and potential risks associated with specific decisions and actions
  • Determine and communicate internal and external (in collaboration with account) action steps and responsibilities for all projects related to launch campaign development, print, starter kit, brochure, websites (patient support site and consumer launch site) and targeted video
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with external and internal interdisciplinary teams, including: Account, Creative, Production, Medical Researchers, Proofing/Editorial, Finance, Resource Management, Planning to ideate, design and develop industry-leading advertising campaigns

Profitability/Budget Forecasting:

  • Author Statement of Work’s and Staff Plans
  • Collaborate with Executive Digital Producer and account lead on scoping, financial management and project staff needs
  • Maintain and track all relevant project documents such as signed deliverables, project finances, project status to management and clients
  • Proactively track budget burn and project utilization from resource, freelance and vendor impact as well as collaborate with Account team to manage/prevent client scope creep


  • Must have minimum of 5+ years of Digital Production/Integrated Production/Project Management with an emphasis on digital (email, SMS, site, social) and traditional (direct mail, print) campaign executions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, including MS Project
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
