        Direct line to CS&P VP, Group Director, Senior Director or Senior Manager









        CS&P Coordinators have responsibility for executing some of the daily administrative aspects of specific client projects including preparing periodic reports for project updates

        While Coordinators don’t “own” client projects, they are involved in project execution to ensure production excellence in all event and content deliverables

        Coordinators must be open-minded and ready to deliver both against more client service facets and / or production facets of a project





Client Services & Production Coordinators are responsible for project production and management to contribute to the success of HSE clients.



The CS&P Coordinators provide day-to-day assistance with the administrative elements for active client projects, helping to reinforce communication within a client team.


        Work with project team leaders to ensure accuracy of meeting notes, and timely reporting of same.

        Help communicate any project updates to brand ambassadors and client partners to ensure that all are current on a project’s status. 

        Work to learn about a client’s business/brand goals and competitive landscape, building learning for employee/agency growth. Begin familiarization with the reporting details of a project: scoping, schedules, logistics, financial tracking, client meeting documentation, status reporting and other external communication, as well as all internal correspondence and reporting.

        Live the Mission: As with all agency employees, especially those who interact with client teams and vendors, the CS&P Coordinators must embody the agency’s brand and foster an environment that builds rapport and encourages the furtherance of the goals, mission and vision that are unique to HSE.





Represent Agency for Client Leadership and Management:

        Actively seek information on client culture, products and brands.

        Participate in brainstorms, working to offer relevant, original ideas and build on others’ contributions.

        Ensure adherence to internal-external deadlines to complete overall process and determine creative problem solving to avoid missed deadlines.


Facilitate Office Operations:

        Periodically prepare reports for project team leads to improve individual and team deliverables and project execution.

        Be familiar with all online tracking software programs, as well as timesheet and expense forms and the policies that are relevant to each.





        Minimum 1 year experience in some capacity working with the public – ideally in events.

        Strong personal responsibility and accountability, works to inspire, motivate, mentor and build commitment.

        Self-starter, confident in his or her own abilities and decision-making.

        Detail oriented with strong service and production management abilities.

        Ability to multi-task, manage time demands, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure.
