The Role:

DBi are one of Europe's leading analytics companies, and form the backbone of Havas’ data and technology offering. Acquired by Havas Media Group in 2013, the team is largely independent of the agency as a whole, serving both Havas clients and its own set of clients. We are at the cutting edge of our industry, leveraging data to drive large increases in client performance

 

Due to large growth, we require an experienced Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Consultant to work with some of our largest global clients to help them make their websites and advertising more successful. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end CRO and Personalisation project lifecycle, supported by technical consultants and analysts within the team.

 

You will be working on a wide variety of optimisation projects. This will include responsibility for both strategy development and process design, aligned to the client’s business objectives. You will then manage the delivery of these through a variety of CRO technologies, ensuring results and learnings are managed and communicated to the business in an effective manner.

 

This position would suit someone with 3+ years in CRO and with an expert knowledge of Testing Solutions. We are looking for a talented, organised and personable individual with a track record for delivering outstanding work and an ability to influence and manage clients to ensure their satisfaction. You should have a hunger for constantly developing whilst keeping track with the latest industry developments.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Scope, design and implement digital optimisation projects. Conduct regular reviews and brainstorms with clients to ensure ongoing improvements in their optimisation maturity
  • Lead client relationships and manage expectations through regular status updates and account reviews
  • Leading the delivery quantitative and qualitative research to understand opportunities to improve performance
  • Design and generate documentation to effectively guide the testing and optimisation process; this includes the scoping of campaigns to address opportunities identified and coordinating the team effectively to quality assure the campaigns
  • Work with analytics tools to ensure tests are tracked correctly and analysis is conducted to evaluate campaigns. Includes reporting on results and recommending next steps to clients
  • Training of both internal and external stakeholders on CRO principles and methodologies
  • Support the team to continually improve our techniques, processes and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Develop DBi’s approach to CRO to ensure we remain thought leaders in the industry
