Job Title: Associate Producer

Summary

Responsible for the development and execution of strategic projects.  

Role: “Problem Solver”

  • Partner with account team to keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports
  • Collaborate with Account team to lead efficient meetings and conference calls with the ability to effectively set up the presentation of creative work
  • Clearly communicate project issues and resolution to the client and internal team
  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative, but find ways of producing it that does not jeopardize schedule and budget
  • Be a committed part of the team that produces compelling, interactive content/campaigns for clients and agency projects

Responsibilities

  • Run burn reports on a weekly basis and report to senior Producers
  • Be a committed part of the team that produces compelling, interactive content/campaigns for clients and agency projects
  • Assist and collaborate on interactive campaigns to successful delivery, on schedule, within specification and budget; including change management
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Tech/Resource Management/Finance) and external vendors to assure accurate and timely delivery
  • Provide support to other producers on the team in the form of communication (follow ups), asset gathering, schedules and budgets
  • Assist with production team to ensure proper processes and practices are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in communicating expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and providing proper materials/documentation
  • Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus
  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to scope and progress in schedule and budget
  • Partner with account team to keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports
  • Assist in the development of accurate and informed scopes of work including development plans, tagging plans, schedules, resources, and budgets, using the correct tools and with regard to client and agency needs and expectations
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to learn, follow agency project management methodology and project processes

 

Characteristics and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience.
  • Demonstrates the values of the Havas culture.
  • Open minded, curious, cares about quality
  • Prone to collaboration, prefers to work in cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to multitask, as well as be very detailed oriented and conscientious of “known unknowns”
