Hourly Rate: $8.00
Internship Dates: January 7, 2019- May 31, 2019
Havas Sports & Entertainment’s internship program is a paid, hands-on, educational, and inspirational experience in which college students or recent graduates gain real-world immersion into sports and entertainment marketing. Working with a host of different skill sets within the agency, interns are exposed to a range of clients, projects and responsibilities. An intern should leave the program with a heightened understanding of how a marketing agency operates, along with tangible experience to be included on a CV.
Join the Finance team at HSE and work directly with our Finance Director to provide assistance with the administrative management of HSE’s operational and procurement processes.
- Handle day-to-day purchasing requests
- Book travel requests for project staff
- Assist with monthly expense files, including completing journal entries
- Research accounts receivable and accounts payable issues
- Complete ad hoc tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or currently enrolled and seeking degree
- Strong time management skills
- Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work individually or as part of a team
- Moderate to strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Minimum 35 hours a week commitment
