The Mars Agency is currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager. 
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving lead generation for the business through a number of channels. They will be an individual contributor with the ability to build a team when the time comes. They should be an expert at leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact databases, and drip campaign tools to build campaigns that generate leads at scale. This position is fully remote.
Primary Responsibilities:
·       Drive sales qualified leads from a variety of sources including LinkedIn, email, events, and more.
·       Understand and leverage a number of business development tools.
·       Develop scalable processes to generate leads.
·       Work with account executives on generating leads through event follow up and cold accounts.
Skill Sets Required:
·       Excellent written and verbal communication
·       Two years of business development experience
·       Experience using Hubspot sequences for lead generation.
·       Experience leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
·       Experience generating leads in retail commerce, technology, or marketing industries.
