Senior Producer

We’re looking for a Senior Producer. The Senior Producer is a highly specialized, meticulously organized and industry connected project leader on all in-house or outsource production projects. This person is deeply knowledgeable on the necessary processes and decision gates required to execute complex and/or specialized productions—print and digital, or content and experiential.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce content and experiences of all types: video, still, digital, social, audio, 3D, experiential, tech innovation, etc.
- Produce print and digital materials of all types: websites, displays, signage, publications, etc.
- Work with internal and external production resources/teams to help bring concepts to final execution
- Research and cultivate relationships with vendors, directors, editors, and creators
- Create and manage timelines with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to develop estimates and contracts
- Negotiate talent contracts with union and non-union jobs
- Identify and source key production partners as well as internal resources that will best execute the final content/creative
- Manage the bidding process per clients’ agreements, including working with internal teams and procurement.
- Manage internal team’s schedule, travel and workflow of day-to-day projects
- Look for innovative ideas for creative and production methods while finding solutions to any technical production needs
- Keep a pulse on emerging trends and innovations in print/digital and or content/experiential
- Continue to grow your craft and skills
- All other duties as assigned by Creative Leadership
SKILL SETS REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience in production environment
- Mastery of AICP / AICE bids and guidelines
- Mastery of the SAG commercial agreement as well as experience with both celebrity and non-union talent
- Project workflow, budgets and scheduling experience
- Mastery of various printing processes and techniques
- Mastery of specs, dielines and vendor production requirements
- Mastery of technical problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaboration skills
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage people
- A solid network of vendor partners in the content/experiential or print/digital production community
- Ability to work closely with Creatives and Client Leadership
- Experience working with cost consultants
- Experience in the coordination and management of outsourced vendors
- Strong understanding of latest trends in media
- Process driven
