Your Responsibilities

  • Search active for new offices in new or existing locations as well as relocation's coordination
  • Monitor the lease process and negotiate for all lease contracts
  • Manage and monitor the Legal contract system, manage pro-active the lease portfolio
  • Ensure the correct input of information is entered in our contract data base
  • Adapt quality for new and existing contracts
  • Analyze complex issues and develop and roll out a business plan per new location / relocation in close cooperation with the departments
  • Budgeting and Reporting
  • Complete and prepare internal communication and documentation requests
  • Act as a main contact for all facility topics within the company

What you bring

  • A minimum of 3 years excellent experience of contract management in the field of real estate as well as knowledge of rent review and procedures
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of real estate- and tenancy law
  • Solid knowledge in the field of architecture, design, construction and operation of facilities
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory
  • Persuasiveness, assertiveness, negotiating skills, commitment, flexibility and organisational talent
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • You are willing to travel
