Position at Taylor Communications Inc.

Taylor Communications is seeking a Print Production Intern to work in our Columbus, Ohio location. The position is responsible for adminstartive, clerical, records keeping and other duties as needed in production. This role covers for the absences of other employees and will be trained on the functions necessary to continue operations.


Shift Available

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, will work around school schedule as well


Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide clerical support to management team as required and assigned.
  • Operate copy machines, computer systems and other office equipment.
  • Prepare and maintains correspondence and other keyboarded documents, records, ledgers, journals, and other bookkeeping and record functions.
  • Enter data into electronic systems; use a variety of computer software programs.
  • Compile, prepare, and submit statistical reports
  • Assist press operators in order to reduce make-ready time
  • Prepare, sort, index, and file correspondence, records, and reports.
  • Maintain inventories and order and distribute supplies.
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Assist the production/customer service departments in order to increase productivity
  • Provide administrative support to appropriate departmental professionals.
  • Serve as a receptionist, supports administrative management in dealing customer and internal teams.
  • Set appointments, keeps calendars; attends meetings and takes and transcribes minutes.
  • Coordinate and expense reports.
  • Perform any other administrative and support duties as required.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Currently be an undergraduate or graduate student, pursing a degree for the duration of the internship
