Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

  • Provide primary HR Leadership focus for more than one business unit/areas
  • Actively engage across the business and HR function to make a difference in the lives of our people, the success of our business, and increase the expectations and a
  • Lead, develop and grow a diverse team of skill set, locations, and experiences

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong financial and operational business acumen.  
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 5 years of Human Resources Management.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent in HR or Business Management, or related field.
  • Travel unlikely to be more than 10-15%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LEAN manufacturing experience
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is great, but not required.
  • Sense of humor and ability to see the future
