Card Fulfillment Services is seeking a Implementation Manger, responsible for planning, managing and controlling all implementation activities from project initiation through validation, including managing project scope, timeframe, budget and delivery dates.  This position will bring a streamlined, dedicated team approach to customer implementations by utilizing standard processes and documentation

Responsibilities Include:

  • Gather accurate business requirements and provide analysis by working with customers via conference calls and face to face meetings
  • Understand and leverage production capabilities and equipment to be a trusted and knowledgeable liaison between the customer and CFS
  • Create detailed specifications that align with the business and customer needs
  • Accurately determine, document and assign tasks to team members
  • Manage deliverables from all functional teams, ensuring they meet the defined timeline and quality expectations
  • Develop and implement use case test plans to ensure a successful delivery of a project
  • Responsible for developing for deploying project management principles and techniques to one or more projects that span multiple functional departments (IT, Operations and Customer Service)
  • Ability to provide business and/or technical sales support to the extent needed for successful direction of the project
  • Exhibit creative problem solving and leadership in customer facing implementations
  • Maintain and monitor workflow by establishing and adjusting resources in order to meet daily output goals and customer needs
  • Resolve employee issues by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions and recommending action
  • Conduct employee training and performance appraisal process
  • Ability to prioritize workload while managing several projects
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field





Preferred Qualifications:


  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology and tools including computer systems such as MS Project  and MS SharePoint
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with a variety of file format structures
  • Programming experience including .NET development preferred
  • Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS – Reporting Services and SSIS –   Integration Services experience preferred
  • Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010 experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to hold self and direct reports accountable for meeting performance expectations
  • Possess high level of integrity and objectivity by using data in making decisions.
  • Excellent technical writing skills to be able to produce high-quality reports
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills who has proven to handle multiple activities.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders through personal leadership and clear project goals
