Card Fulfillment Services is seeking a Secured Inventory Specialist which is responsible for having a complete understanding, implementing and improving the processes the cover the secured inventory handlingThis position is responsible for all inventory activities and reporting responsibilities for accounts requiring secured and detailed inventory accuracy.  This position also is responsible for working with all departments to make sure that adjustments are recorded and effectively communicating concerns and problems to affected areas.  Also, this position will act as a material handler at times and therefore is required to understand how our inventory moves and how those movements need to be recorded to ensure and accurate inventory report.

Responsibilities Include:


  • Be a shared owner in secured inventory and regular accounts
  • Have a clear understanding of the importance of following processes and staying current
  • Receive, unpack and examine goods shipped and verify completeness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices and other records
  • Investigate inventory shortages and discrepancies
  • Stage all raw materials for orders at production equipment in a timely manner
  • Work with all departments to ensure all required job information is accurate and documented
  • Understand the collateral and job specs for each project
  • Participate in meetings with other department members
  • Stay current with workload and ask for assistance if needed
  • Assist in the ISO Quality Management System and audits
  • Work with the department representatives on material movement
  • Provide back-up coverage for Supervisor and/or other department positions
  • Enter record of material being moved in and out of the warehouse  into inventory software on daily basis
  • Complete daily updates, cycle counts and adjustments of inventories
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Maintain regular and frequent communication with Production Supervisors to ensure necessary raw materials and product are available for shift
  • Comply with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
  • Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 1 year in a warehouse/inventory management role
  • 1 year conducting physical cycle counts
  • Prior experience preparing Excel spreadsheets and make data computations
  • Radio Frequency Scanner (RFS) system (preferred)
  • RequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent
  • Desired:  Associates degree in Business or related field
