RFP Project Analyst

Taylor Communications is seeking an RFP Project Analyst, to support company efforts in completing client requests for large RFP/RFQ bid or proposal responses. This position is also responsible for reviewing information received, coordinating and engaging appropriate subject matter experts, as well as project manage requests to client deadlines. Ensure all client requirements are met, develop and maintain content/documents and utilize tools and systems to assure accurate and timely responses relative to all RFP/RFQ and proposal initiatives.

Shift Available

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities Include:  

  • Reviews / prepares / completes documentation related to client RFIs, RFPs, client profiles, and proposal requests for print / print services or other special requests as required
  • Coordinates workflow of requests from receipt through completion to ensure timely response to meet customer deadlines
  • Works directly with multiple subject matter experts and sales team members regarding client information / completion requirements
  • Conducts and participates in conference calls / meetings relating to document preparation
  • Maintain communications with sales, distribution, finance and any other personnel from across the company related to the client’s request
  • Prepares, updates and maintains all information and standard files, according to RFP process and as required by customer (hard copy and/or electronic files)
  • Ensures client’s final response package is appropriately completed to the client’s requirements and deadline
  • Maintains, updates and distributes related files of activities to appropriate personnel - expedite information as required

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, under pressure, especially under tight customer deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills to clearly explain concepts in professional documents; must have strong command of punctuation and grammar.
  • Mature judgment and initiative with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SalesForce.com is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; 0-2 years’ experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, under pressure, especially under tight customer deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills to clearly explain concepts in professional documents; must have strong command of punctuation and grammar.
  • Mature judgment and initiative with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated record of consistent attendance / punctuality
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SalesForce.com is a plus, but not required.
