The Major Account Manager will lead the delivery of high impact Promotional Marketing solutions that drive measurable client results. Owns overall account business development including revenue retention and growth.


  • Builds Trusted-advisor Relationships with Marketing and Supply-chain executives
  • Demonstrates Marketing Expertise
  • Establishes Executive Level Relationship bridging between client and Taylor Communications
  • Achieves Account Sales and Gross Profit Plan
  • Sets and executes account strategic direction and tactical execution.
  • Achieves and reports measurable client marketing and supply-chain program results.
  • Responsible for preparing and performing regularly scheduled formal Business Reviews
  • Resolves customer issues/problems
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales/account management experience in the Promotional Marketing space
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related equivalent working experience.
  • Experience in dealing with heavy amount of direct client interaction
  • Proven ability to create and present sales reports
