Application Support Specialist (8010 )
Taylor Technology Services is seeking an Application Support Specialist – Level 1 to assist our customers on various software platforms. The position is responsible for answering calls, chat, and emails from various customers on multiple software platforms.
- Monday – Friday between 8am -6pm
- Provide technical support, as well as customer service for a variety of software platforms
- Help create and maintain documents covering infrastructure, environment, process and procedures (e.g. deployment process, testing, etc.), including and flows charts and diagrams.
- Monitor ticket queues, emails, chats, and take phone calls when issues are reported; respond to customers via email, chat and phone to acknowledge receipt of their requests within Service Level Agreement commitments
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Customer service experience
- Experience working with Windows programs, eg Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer
- Experience with Technical Support
- Troubleshooting experience on multiple browsers
