Taylor Communications is seeking a Customer Service Rep II to work in our Kapolei, Hi location. The position is responsible for customer support within a studio team environment.

 

Shift Available

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Enters customer orders and quote requests 
  • With training will work proficiently within internal systems, responds to customer questions & requests with sense of urgency and customer focus.  Working within customer expected Service Level Agreement. 
  • Works directly with key members of customer’s organization 
  • Proactively solves order, product and inventory issues 
  • Delivery of outstanding service to customers, meeting customer expectation 
  • Develop strong business relationships with key members of customer’s organization 
  • Utilizes knowledge of various systems to perform Customer Service functions for customers

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 Years in customer service and office environment
  • High level Communication skills
  • Microsoft excel, outlook and Power Point

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years print and industry knowledge
  • High level excel and outlook experience and power point would be a bonus
