The Occasions Group is looking for an Account Manager. This person will be responsible for management and sales growth with accounts in the non-profit (charity) and other customer segments. 

This person will collaborate with account, creative director and sales executive to determine customer and segment requirements, then drive product development, pricing, and production timeline internally to achieve successful placement of company’s products and programs with targeted customers.

Shift Available: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities Include:

  • Grow sales with assigned accounts and customer segments through creative, solution based selling, networking and relationship building
  • Coordinates with customer and with internal operational personnel program development, assuring quality and speed to market.
  • Collaborates with operational personnel to oversee the successful manufacturing and delivery of product and programs
  • Initiates customer interactions for the development of new sales opportunities and execution of strategy and tactics for existing opportunities.
  • Collaborates with customer in annual strategic business planning for accounts, including pricing, legal contracts and negotiation with clients as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute strategy and tactics to accomplish established goals
  • Demonstrated results as a change agent
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Detail oriented and strong proficiency with numbers
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Software and an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite capabilities)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience working with production environment
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
