Navitor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be responsible for selling products and/or services to an assigned mix of Managed Accounts (Franchise) customers to reach expected target sales goals.  This position is highly focused on consultative selling and relationship development where you will consult with your customers to assess their needs and promote products and/or services as a problem solving service solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and support an established client base to organically grow company sales with these accounts and establish new relationships within the customer's organization to gain new sales opportunities
  • Accountable for the implementation and execution of sales & marketing plans by customer through collaboration and communication methods between customer and applicable internal team members.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to support mutually beneficial solutions driving long-term results.
  • Understand and communicate competitive landscape in industry and market trends.
  • Participate in tradeshow and event staffing, as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrate initiative to produce sales results with assigned customer portfolio.
  • Strong communication skills to develop productive strategic relationships which includes listening aptitude for effective customer assessment and solution identification.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled at using software application platforms with web-to-print capabilities & demonstrating functionality to customers of varying skills sets.
  • 3+ years of related/relevant professional experience.
  • Compensation comprised of base with commission plan incentive.
  • Limited overnight travel expected.

  • Bachelor’s degree
