Travel Tags is seeking an Account Manager in our Customer Service department to build and maintain communication with potential and current customers and act as the liaison between customer and organization

 

Shift Available

  • 8 am to 5pm, general office hours, Monday through Friday

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide customer with positive, consultative, service based experiences that meet or exceed expectations
  • Provide sales support
  • Conduct customer contract review, ensuring customer expectations are met and account for required job information, gather missing information from Sales Rep and/or customer as needed
  • Enter jobs in to system according to standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate timelines and production details with internal groups and outside suppliers
  • Provide customer with detailed order acknowledgement
  • Manage proof and data approval processes with customers and outside suppliers
  • Monitor jobs throughout the production process and update customers and Sales Rep as needed
  • Attend daily production meetings as needed
  • Initiate corrective and preventative action reports (CPAR) as needed.
  • Provide ship information (including commercial invoices and other required documents for international shipments) and authorize shipment of finished product. Inspect outgoing product as needed.
  • Collect customer feedback about quality, delivery, service and price
  • Complete customer feedback reports for Management.
  • Communicate customer product details with Planning, Scheduling, and Production departments
  • Complete the proof approval process with the customer
  • Manage data approval process with customers and outside vendors
  • Monitor job progress and provide status reports for the customer and Sales Manager
  • Write purchase orders
  • Manage external production
  • Coordinate shipping of materials, components, and finish products
  • Track charges and create pre-invoices for Accounts Receivables
  • Maintain customer reporting and metrics

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Business or related field
  • 3 years in a business-to-business customer service or account manager role
  • Proficient in entering and monitoring data in Enterprise Resource Process software

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent decision making and creative problem solving skills
  • Print manufacturing experience
  • Ability to project a positive and inviting demeanor
  • Excellent technical writing skills to be able to produce high-quality reports
  • Possess high level of integrity and objectivity by using data in making decisions.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills who has proven to handle multiple activities.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet or database software
  • Knowledge of billing and/or invoicing process and procedures
  • Understands all departmental policies, procedures and tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast paced work environment
  • Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal
