Marketing Assistant


ComplyRight, Inc. is a multi-channel marketing and product development company specializing in labor law, HR and tax solutions that create a bridge between what the law requires and what makes sense for businesses.  We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team.  Provide administrative support to the Labor Law Acquisition Marketing team, New Managed Account Sales team, and Telemarketing to help them meet their business goals.


  • Support Marketing team
    • Daily monitoring of internal labor law documents to identify product and content updates for the website
    • Add new products and content to the website to support sales and SEO efforts
    • Assist in completing project requests for direct mail, emails, blog articles, webinar announcements, PIPs and brochures
    • Assist with webinar tasks such as pulling registrant/attendee information, running webinar chat boxes, maintaining webinar stat spreadsheet, sending e-mails to attendees
    • Monitor campaign due dates to ensure on-time completion
    • Maintain creative samples in reference binders
    • Run weekly campaign performance reports
    • Assist with other marketing and online tasks as needed
  • Support large account team sales efforts
    • Run and maintain CRM reports and dashboard views
    • Update lead data in CRM database for the New Managed Accounts sales teams as needed
    • Maintain CRM database with fresh leads for the New Managed Accounts Sales team and Telemarketing Prospecting team
    • Assist in the creation of product sales flyers, brochures, emails and letters for the sales teams
    • Assist with order entry
  • Contribute ideas to improve departmental processes and efficiencies
  • May perform other duties as assigned



  • Minimum 2 years’ Marketing experience in a professional environment
  • Understand online marketing and familiar with the basic principles of SEO, content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Full computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven ability to research and compile data from various sources
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and a consistently high standard of work
  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to develop relationships across departments
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities when necessary
  • Ability to work as part of a team and desire to stretch boundaries and personal growth
