Taylor Communications is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in Greenwood Village, CO.  The Customer Service Team provides support for several high profile and transactional accounts. The position is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best service possible through positive interactions via various communication channels such as voice, email, internet chat and social media to ensure customer inquiries are resolved.

Shift Available

  • Monday – Friday
  • Hours are between 6:00 am – 6:00 pm MST

Responsibilities Include:

  • Clarify customer’s questions, inquires, or concerns and communicate to appropriate studio member for resolution as needed.
  • Meet Customer Service Expectations, SLA’s and Metrics.
  • Serve as a liaison between the customer and various internal studio members.
  • Conducts password resets and basic technical support for ordering sites.
  • Identifies and determines correct studio member to communicate customer needs if a one call resolution is not possible.
  • Facilitate expediting communication to appropriate studio member for escalation calls, urgent requests, and/or complaints.
  • Complete Salesforce requisitions and/or complete call logs.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 years of related / relevant experience in position or specialization. Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, operating procedures, or other job specific written documents. 
  • Must have exceptional ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees and/or customers in person and via the telephone.
  • Time Management, organization, and follow-through skills.  Ability to work independently.
  • Basic PC skills including ability to navigate in a windows environment and proficiency in software applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Print Experience with a detailed understanding of manufacture specifications.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form as well as respond in stressful and/or difficult situations with unsatisfied customers.
