Precision Press is seeking a Sales Promotions Manager to develop, establish and maintain sales and marketing strategies to meet business and brand objectives.   

 

Shift Available

  • Monday -Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Travel as required

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive the development of product/brand channel and strategic plans to optimize product and service portfolio
  • Oversee market research and competitor analysis and identifies opportunities to expand market share
  • Evaluate product performance, pricing, trends, distribution, promotion etc. to ensure goals and brand promises are met
  • Overall responsibility for the marketing budget
  • Execute various mail plans, promotions and bi-weekly e-mail campaigns
  • Manage brand and coordinates all media / press releases
  • Identify new growth areas, new technology, and emerging markets
  • Develops and review A/B tests for both prospecting and active customer mailings and promotions
  • Work with the inside sales team to develop highly effective communications and promotions to key accounts
  • Travel to key trade shows and assist sales in securing new business opportunities
  • Develop overall pricing strategies in conjunction with sales and company leadership
  • Prepare executive reports/presentations for company leaders
  • Work “hand in hand” with the sales and operations teams
  • Hands on role and will likely personally own /drive specific projects. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Business, Marketing , Advertising, Communications or related subject.
  • 2 + years' work experience, with some exposure to a professional environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail with proven communication and follow up skills.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Word, PPT and Excel
