Taylor Corporation, a Mankato, Minnesota based International holding and development company, is looking for an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to work in the Corporate Process Improvement Engineering team. This opportunity provides the challenge of working directly with various Taylor companies in optimizing production processes utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools.

 

Shift Available

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creative problem solving and finding a better way to reach the end goal of serving our companies.
  • Expected travel of 25 to 50% by providing onsite leadership with our Taylor companies located all around the US.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4 year accredited degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering with IE emphasis.
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel/Access and good statistical Knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in Printing and Fulfillment operations is a plus
