CRM/Salesforce Business Analyst



ComplyRight, Inc., a leading marketing and product development company and Sun-Sentinel “Top Workplaces 2017” award winner, seeks an experienced and talented Salesforce Business Analyst to lead the transition to the new CRM platform.  The analyst must possess hands-on administration skills to implement and collaborate with marketing teams to set up and optimize automated contact strategies within CRM tool. We’re looking for a dynamo with both technical and analytic skills and marketing expertise.

Reports to:  Senior Director, Marketing, Sales & Customer Service




  • Perform application configuration and customization of CRM system (building screens, designing custom objects, developing workflows, etc.), including testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency. 
  • Oversee data integrations with external systems, including third-party email and data analytics tools.
  • Prepare and document data conversion requirements for mapping from company systems into CRM. 
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, CRM module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements, customizations, and patches.
  • Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required. 
  • Construct summary and detailed views in for all subject areas (campaign, lead, prospect, opportunity, pipeline, account, and revenue activities). 
  • Analyze, plan and execute CRM strategies that measurably impact sales, onboarding, cross-selling, and retention.
  • Implement system/process workflow template development and data filtering criteria within CRM system. 
  • Establish and implement CRM best practices to ensure proper lead/account setup, effective lead management and accurate reporting. 
  • Perform daily/weekly data maintenance functions, including creating and managing databases, preparing and loading leads, and delivering standard dashboards and ad hoc reports.
  • Follow and implement new releases, patches, and system updates. 
  • Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training to users as required.
  • Complete other projects as assigned by manager.




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • CRM Administration certification required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Salesforce Administrator role, including configuration of Salesforce.
  • 3 -5 years with requirements gathering, documenting, hands-on detailed system design, end user support, and implementation required.
  • Highly analytical and inquisitive, with innate ability to interpret data and solve problems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, objectivity and openness to others views
  • Exposure in a B2B direct marketing environment preferred
